BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
By strengthening muscles to reducing fat, body shaping could improve body balance and increase basic metabolism.

BODYJAM™ is the ultimate combination of dance and music. house dance, hip-hop, drum and bass are the soulful beats of BODYJAM™. The dance steps are easy to learn and suitable for people who are looking for a high level of exercise, allowing you to have a great time while working out!

BODYATTACK™ is an energetic fitness class with movements that combine running, lunging, jumping and strength exercises such as push ups and squats. The instructor will take you to the limit with energetic music.

Combining powerful Latin music with the unique and wild rhythms of Zumba, you’ll feel like you’re in the middle of a party as you dance your way to a sculpted body.

Combines the benefits of aerobic exercise with movements that target the whole body to improve body levelling, coordination and flexibility. High-intensity training is more effective in burning calories.
