Terms & Conditions:

1. This offer is valid until December 31, 2024


2. This membership can only be purchased and used by non-Waterfall Sports & Wellness members who are 18 years old or above.


3. The membership is valid for all Waterfall Sports & Wellness clubs in Hong Kong.


4. The purchased membership, services and benefits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.


5. All information on the online form must be completed by the customer.


6. Full payment must be made online and the membership must be activated at the selected Waterfall club within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the membership is not activated within 30 days from the date of purchase, the membership will be voided and the membership fee will not be refunded.


7. The use of the fitness consultation service is restricted to the owner of the membership and Waterfall Sports & Wellness reserves the right to select the trainer for the Personal Training Consultation Service.


8. The fitness consultation service must be redeemed and utilized within one month of the activation of the membership.


9. The VIP 7-day pass is only valid for Hong Kong residents who are 18 years old or above and are visiting Waterfall Sports & Wellness for the first time.


10. All purchased membership services are handled by Waterfall Sports & Wellness.


11. The membership offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts.


12. Waterfall Sports & Wellness reserves the right to amend, change or suspend this program and in case of any dispute, the decision of Waterfall Sports & Wellness shall be final.


13. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
