[Exploring Waterfall] 開放日 Open Day

 

條款及細則:

  1. 此活動只適用於年滿 18 歲及持有效身份證明文件或護照之人士登記及使用。
  2. 此活動只適用於所有非 Waterfall Sports ＆ Wellness 會員之人士登記及使用。
  3. 所有已登記的參加者可於開放日內(1) 無限次進出及使用健身室; (2) 免費體驗瑜伽及健體班，參加者必須於活動當天開課前30分鐘或之前於前台登記免費體驗。名額有限，額滿即止。每人只限免費體驗一堂團體班；(3) 於入場時索取體驗卡，於Waterfall場內各個運動體驗站完成體驗，儲齊每個體驗站的蓋印，即可換領Waterfall [限量版]索繩袋乙個。數量有限，送完即止。
  4. 所有參加者入場前必須到登記處進行登記並填寫PAR-Q體能活動適應能力問卷。另需支付手帶按金港幣$100，按金將於參加者離場及歸還手帶時退回，手帶如有遺失、損壞及沒有歸還，按金將不獲退還。
  5. 每位參加者將獲提供浴巾一條及儲物櫃作活動當天保存私人物品之用。額外租用毛巾將另行收費，如有需要請向工作人員查詢。
  6. 如有任何爭議，Waterfall Sports ＆ Wellness 保留最終決定權

Terms & Conditions:

  1. This event is only available for guest who is aged 18 or above and holding a valid identity documents or passport.
  2. This event is applicable for all non-Waterfall Sports & Wellness members.
  3. All registered guests can enjoy (1) Unlimited access to the gym and use of fitness equipment during the open day; (2) Free trial on yoga and group fitness classes, pre-registration at least 30mins before class at the reception is required and only available while stock lasts. One free class per person; (3) Get a checkpoint map at the registration counter, follow the map and complete all the checkpoints to redeem a limited edition Waterfall drawstring bag. Only available while stock last.
  4. All participants are required to register at the registration counter and fill in the PAR-Q Physical Activity Adaptability Questionnaire before admission. A deposit of HKD$100 for the admission bracelet is also required, which will be refunded when the participants check out. The deposit will not be refunded if the bracelet is lost, damaged or unreturned.
  5. Each participant will be provided with a towel and a locker for keeping personal belongings on the day of the event. Extra towel will be charged separately, please contact our staff for more information.
  6. Waterfall Sports & Wellness reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
