Waterfall Olympic Club has been informed by the confirmed member on 26th November 2020 that the female member was confirmed by infecting COVID-19. She is the family member of the confirmed male member informed on 23rd November 2020. Although Waterfall has not been informed by the Centre for Health Protection, to let our members dispute doubt, below shows her tracks:

Waterfall Sports & Wellness blesses the above members get well soon. We also care your health safety as we have taken the below measures:
1. Olympic Club had been closed from 6 pm in 23rd November to 26th We invited out-source cleaning professions to disinfect the club comprehensively on 24th November. Our staff had also resumed work on 26th November and attentively clean the club;
2. Staffs in Olympic Club (including our co-working partners) have arranged to have COVID-19 virus testing on 24th All staffs get NEGATIVE for the virus;
3. We have informed members, who attended the above classes, that they need to provide either negative testing report for the COVID-19 virus, or resume to use the club facilities after 14 days;
4. All members and guests must fill out the health declaration form;
5. All members and guests, including doing exercises, must wear mask (except bathing and drinking). Our staffs will enhance inspections and persuade those who do not wear mask. Our staffs have the right to request anyone, who do not wear mask, to leave;
6. If you do not feel well, especially who suspect to have the symptoms of COVID-19, please visit the clinics of General Out-patient Clinic of Hospital Authority or private testing organizations and test the COVID-19 virus;
7. All memberships have been suspended for the days that club closed.
Waterfall will keep closely contact with the Centre for Health Protection. We will also initiatively contact the members who suspected to get COVID-19 as we target to have the most efficient and the most proper arrangement.
